Our Suggestion Box provides a means for IB customers to express their future desires and current complaints to IB Management. Please use the form below to provide feedback to the department of your choice.

We cannot guarantee a response to a correspondence provided from this page. Issues that require immediate attention and questions that require answers should be addressed to our Customer Service Group listed on our Contacts Page. We also sponsor a Features Poll whereby customers can nominate ideas and other customers can vote on the nominations. Those ideas with the greatest number of votes are actively considered for implementation.
